What separates me from everyone else on the football field is my intelligence and IQ in football which helps me to pick up on plays easily and read offenses and defenses. With my intelligence I am quick to react to plays and I have a very aggressive play style. I am 230lbs so it’s relatively easy to take on shed blocks for me but I am also very quick both vertically and horizontally so I am very versatile.

I’m a great leader and I am very coachable. I’m very intelligent, aggressive, and versatile.

My high school football career has been pretty successful. My freshman year I was the only freshman in the school to be moved up to the JV team and I was eventually moved up to varsity. My sophomore year I started at both middle linebacker and fullback which made me very happy because that was something I had worked very hard for. My junior year was a really good year for me, I was first team all conference, all district, and I was voted to be a team captain by my teammates. As a team we were considered the best team in Portage Northern history having the most wins in school history and making it to the third round of the playoffs. This season, I have already been named a team captain but I want to lead our conference in tackles and make the all-state team. But most importantly I want to help lead my team to a state championship to my best ability.

Playing football at the collegiate level has been a dream of mine since I started playing football at 6 years old. Thinking about all of the hard work and dedication that would go into the game that I love excites me and I couldn’t imagine myself without football.
